4/10/2014 11:44:20 PM | Nicole O'FarrellWell that's it, round one is done and dusted!
It was a great day for Adam Scott and Marc Leishman who are both in the top-5.
Coming as somewhat of a shock to Aussie golf fans Jason Day struggled with his putter finishing well down the leaderboard at 3-over T53.
John Senden went quietly about his business finishing even par while Steven Bowditch and Matt Jones are both 2-over T40.
Oliver Goss is positive after his first round of a Major. He is 4-over T67 and co-leading amateur.
Enjoy the next two rounds and we will be back with you at 5am Monday morning.

by Luke Donald via twitter 4/10/2014 11:52:46 PMGot a 2 shot penalty on the 9th today. Left my bunker shot in the bunker and touched the sand before my next shot. Pretty dumb mistake -

Day is still up beat as he heads to the practice green.

Adam Scott may be finished but there is still plenty of golf to watch for Aussie fans with Marc Leishman, Oliver Goss, Jason Day and Matt Jones on course.
The best of the four is Leishman who is even par heading to the back nine at Augusta with two birdies and two bogeys on the scorecard.
Matt Jones is currently playing the 18th and has had a very mixed back nine. He has five bogeys, a birdie, eagle and par on his scorecard. Only earning his invite last week Jones had just two days to experience the Augusta layout before teeing off today.
19-year-old Oliver Goss had a tough start making four bogeys before earning his first birdie on the par-5 8th.
Renowned for strength and length off the tee, Goss also made a birdie on par-5 13th. Making the cut would be a nice present for Goss who celebrates his 20th birthday on Saturday.
The biggest shock for Aussie fans would be seeing Jason Day’s name well down on the leaderboard at T60th on 3-over the card. -

4/10/2014 8:17:19 PM | Nicole O'Farrell"I received the most incredible ovation as I came to the 12th. I got a bit caught up in it and hit the worst shot of the day," said Adam Scott. He ended up in Rae's Creek. This was the first time he has ever found water on the 12th.
